EV market and adoption

Where the market is going, what is funding it, and what that means for anyone building charging infrastructure.

About this topic

We write about this from an unusual position. We are not a network operator with a fleet to defend or a manufacturer with a model to sell - we design the electronics and software that go inside other companies' chargers. That tends to make the analysis more useful about what is being built and less interesting about what is being marketed.

Incentives and funding, adoption rates and forecasts, battery technology, and the policy changes that move all three.
