The kit contains the controllers and supporting components needed to assemble a complete AC charging cycle on the bench - the same building blocks you would carry through into a production design.
MantaRay
The smart charge point communications controller at the heart of the kit - connectivity, authentication, metering and protocol compliance on one board.
EEL
The compact AC charge controller, so you can exercise a full AC charging cycle alongside MantaRay from day one.
4-pole contactor
A single 4-pole contactor to switch the charging supply, wired into the reference build.
RFID reader board
ISO/IEC 14443A and MIFARE Classic smart card reader for testing identification and authorisation flows.
RDC-DD leakage sensor
6 mA DC residual current sensor to prototype fault detection as part of the charging safety chain.
RGB status LED board
A single RGB status LED board to develop and demonstrate the charger state indication.
Type 2 socket + lock
An IEC 62196 Type 2 socket with socket lock, so you can prove the physical connection and locking behaviour.
3-phase MID meter
A three-phase MID-approved energy meter for accurate, billable energy measurement in your prototype.
