Terms of use in full
Last updated August 2026
This website at versinetic.com (the "site") is operated by Versinetic Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12189362 and part of the ByteSnap Design group ("Versinetic", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the site you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About these terms
These terms of use apply to your use of this website and its content. They are separate from, and do not replace, any contract, quotation, statement of work, licence agreement or terms of supply that governs the purchase of our hardware, software or engineering services. Where there is any conflict between these website terms and a signed commercial agreement, the commercial agreement takes precedence for that engagement.
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes, as they are binding on you. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
2. Using the site
We make the site available free of charge. We do not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary to access the site, and for ensuring that anyone who accesses the site through your internet connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.
Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
- use the site to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material, or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);
- knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it;
- attack the site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack; or
- reproduce, duplicate, copy, scrape or re-sell any part of the site in contravention of these terms.
Any information you submit through the site - for example through a contact or enquiry form - must be accurate, provided in good faith and lawful. We reserve the right to withdraw your access to the site if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with these terms.
3. Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the site and in the material published on it, including the text, graphics, diagrams, illustrations, product imagery, page layout and design. Those works are protected by copyright, database rights and other laws around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page from the site for your own internal reference and evaluation. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs or graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Trade marks
"Versinetic", "MantaRay", "EEL", "LinkRay", "SiteManager" and "Charging modules", together with the Versinetic logo and associated product names, are trade marks or brand names of Versinetic Limited. Nothing on the site grants you any licence or right to use any of our trade marks, logos or brand names without our prior written permission. Other product and company names referenced on the site may be the trade marks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
4. No reliance on content
The content on the site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely, and it does not constitute a technical specification, an offer to sell, or a contractual commitment. Product descriptions, feature lists, supported standards and capabilities are indicative and subject to change as our products evolve. You should obtain professional or specialist advice, and a written specification or quotation from us, before taking or refraining from any action on the basis of content on the site.
Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site up to date, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on the site is accurate, complete or current.
5. Links to and from the site
Where the site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, those links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and such links should not be interpreted as our endorsement of those linked websites or the information you may obtain from them.
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists, and you must not frame the site on any other website. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
6. Our liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to the site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the site, or use of or reliance on any content displayed on the site. In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales. Liability under any commercial agreement for the supply of products, licences or services is governed by the terms of that agreement and not by these website terms.
7. Viruses and security
We do not guarantee that the site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the site, and you should use your own virus protection software.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Ready when you are
Have a charging project in mind?
These terms cover the website. When you are ready to talk specifics - hardware, software or a full engineering delivery - the conversation starts with an enquiry, it does not start with a click-through agreement.
