Overview
SiteManager handles multi transformer EV load management for charging estates with real complexity: multiple meter points, several transformers or switchboards, mixed voltages and phases, and many LinkRay units, all coordinated from one place.
Where a single LinkRay balances the chargers on its connection, using an optional meter for additional control, SiteManager sits above the estate, reading every LinkRay in real time and reallocating power so a large site behaves as one coordinated system rather than a collection of separate ones, all while each connection stays within its own safe limit.

Local control and fast response
Every load balancing decision on a connection is still made by the LinkRay attached to it, in real time, without waiting on a remote server. SiteManager's role is to set the ceiling each LinkRay works within: reading every meter and every connected device, and adjusting group and site-wide limits so the estate as a whole stays inside its supply.
Secure by design
SiteManager and LinkRay share the same security model: nothing about keeping the estate within its power limit depends on a public-facing service.
HTTPS web interface, with the option to upload your own signed server certificate so the browser warning goes away once configured

How SiteManager works
SiteManager runs a constant loop across the estate: measuring real usage, working out the best distribution for the site's actual electrical topology, and reallocating power to where it delivers the most charging.

SiteManager tracks overall site power usage in real time across every LinkRay device and every connected meter, alongside other draws on the supply such as buildings and street infrastructure.

Advanced algorithms calculate the optimal power distribution for the site's actual electrical topology. Whether the site is three-phase, split-phase or spread across multiple voltages and transformers, it is handled the same way.

Power is dynamically allocated across the LinkRay estate for maximum efficiency, with group-level limits for different switchboards or cable runs, minimum and maximum limits per LinkRay, and time-based profiles where the energy provider supports them.
Built for complex, growing estates
Real sites are rarely one clean connection. SiteManager is built around the complexity that actually shows up on site.
Each LinkRay reads its own meter, and SiteManager reads a further meter for overall site monitoring, so nothing is invisible.
A site stepping down from 10kV to 400V, or from 600V to 208V, is supported directly, with SiteManager monitoring the meters on both sides and each LinkRay managing its own area.
Alongside three-phase and split-phase systems, so a mixed electrical topology is handled the same way as a simple one.
By switchboard or cable run, with a shared limit across the group automatically split between the LinkRay units inside it, and an upper limit set per LinkRay on top.
Each handling up to 100 chargers, for as many as 6,400 chargers across one estate.
From any manufacturer, treated as one coordinated system rather than separate installations.
The hardware
SiteManager runs on a compact Versinetic unit with antenna connections for Wi-Fi and cellular, Ethernet and RS485 connectivity, and a 12 V DC supply. CE and UKCA marked, ready to install alongside your site metering.

LinkRay is the local, subscription-free load balancer that manages the chargers on a single connection, up to 100 per unit, deciding locally and continuing to work even without an internet connection. SiteManager is the layer above it: coordinating up to 64 LinkRay units as one estate, sharing power intelligently across every connection, meter and site, while leaving each LinkRay to keep making its own local decisions.
