Quadricycle

A quadricycle is a four-wheel L-category vehicle that meets the classification criteria for a light L6e or heavy L7e vehicle rather than a full passenger-car category. Electric quadricycles use an electric motor within the applicable power and mass limits. UK MOT guidance defines light and heavy quadricycles separately and applies different limits to each category. An electric quadricycle can look car-like while being regulated under a different vehicle category from an M1 passenger car. R
