Michèlle Robinson is Head of Marketing at Versinetic and its parent company, embedded systems engineering consultancy ByteSnap Design.
She has written about embedded systems since joining ByteSnap Design in 2014 and about EV charging for the past seven years. She was part of the team that founded Versinetic, launched in November 2020, which grew out of ByteSnap Design’s work on the Vigil project: the first integrated end to end vehicle to grid system in the UK, and winner of an EVIE industry award.
Michèlle came to technology from broadcast journalism, where she worked from 1990 as a news reporter, sub editor, correspondent and presenter across UK television and radio. Her career included BBC 5 Live, BBC Radio 4, BBC Breakfast News, ITV Central, Westcountry TV, and both BBC and independent local radio.
She writes on EV charging market developments, policy, incentives and industry trends.
Outside work, Michèlle travels, learns languages and practises hot yoga.
